This page says what we collect. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a bank username, or a tenant credit check.

What we store

If you create an account, we store your email, an optional name, and a hashed password. We store the properties, tenants, and transactions you type, plus optional Stripe customer data if you start a paid trial.

What we do not store

We do not store bank passwords. We do not collect rent from tenants. We do not take a card to create a free account. Password reset email is not in the app yet, so we do not email a reset link.

How the site is hosted

The app runs on Vercel. Books are stored in Postgres. The public site uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-VY0132RGC0) and Vercel Analytics to count visits. We do not sell that data.

Your books

You can export a bank CSV, a QuickBooks CSV, or a Schedule E file from the app. To ask us to delete an account and its books, email support@rentledger.pro.
