Which RentLedger? .pro vs the App Store vs .ai

Several products use the name RentLedger. This site is rentledger.pro — web bookkeeping for US DIY landlords. Track rent and expenses by property, see who hasn’t paid, and download a Schedule E Part I file for your CPA. If the URL is not rentledger.pro, it is not this product.
RentLedger.pro (this site)
Browser app. Email and password. Schedule E download included — not a paid add-on. No bank login. No e-file. We do not compute depreciation. You can see how the file is laid out.
The App Store app (rentledger.org)
A separate iPhone app. Local-only, no account. Schedule E / 1099 reports are on a paid plan. It needs a recent iOS. We did not build it. We cannot reset that password or restore those purchases.
RentLedger.ai
A separate product. Upload leases and insurance; it scores a portfolio. Not cash books and not a Schedule E workpaper for a CPA.
Try rentledger.pro free. No credit card.
